Why does the “Something went wrong with your passkey confirmation” error appear even if my device meets the requirements?

If your device fully meets the requirements for passkey but you encounter confirmation error, follow these steps based on the operating system of your device:


  1. Open your device settings;
  2. Go to Accounts or a similar option;
  3. Find the account you experience issues with passkey in NC Wallet;
  4. Sign out of this account on your device;
  5. Add the same account back to your device;
  6. Open NC Wallet, sign in with the account, and try to create or confirm with passkey again.

This issue may happen if multiple accounts are registered on your device. If the issue persists after re-adding the account, please contact our support team for further troubleshooting.
