I purchased crypto but it wasn’t deposited to my NC Wallet. What should I do?
If a third-party provider hasn’t yet sent you a transaction ID (TXID), get in touch with its support.
If you already have a TXID, you can check the status of your transaction in the corresponding network. Copy the TXID and check its status in the appropriate blockchain explorer. To open the explorer you need, go to https://ncwallet.net/help/, find the cryptocurrency on the specific network where the funds were sent, and tap on the name of the network. The link will open the necessary blockchain explorer. If you still have questions about your transaction status, contact NC Wallet support.
