I’m having issues scanning a QR code to authorize using a passkey

If you're trying to use passkey by scanning QR code and have issues:

  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for both devices if you’re using a passkey across different devices (for example, between your phone and laptop).
  • Try scanning the QR code with Google Authenticator on the device where the passkey was originally created.
  • Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Ensure that VPN on your devices are turned off.
